His recent work spans every regulated industry. An AM100 law firm migration that killed about $1.7M a year in cloud bills. A research and sourcing engine for a top private equity firm that sourced a deal worth more than $20M. An on-prem migration for a biotech that ended a $200,000-a-year software bill in six weeks.
Otavio started Already Built because most AI consulting today doesn't ship working systems - they ship prototypes.
