His recent work spans every regulated industry. An AM100 law firm migration that killed $141,000 a month in cloud bills. A research copilot for a top private equity firm that added $22M in deal value in its first month. An on-prem AI migration for biotech OmniAb that ended a $200,000-a-year SaaS bill in six weeks.

Otavio started Already Built because most AI consulting today doesn't ship working systems — they ship prototypes. The large firms don't build inside regulated environments and the small ones don't have the engineering depth. Already Built was created to do both: senior engineering inside places where mistakes have real consequences.

Every engagement starts with Otavio. He runs the scoping call, designs the architecture, and stays close to the work through delivery. The senior engineers around him bring deep specialty expertise — so the right person is doing the right work at the right time.

Otavio studied applied AI at MIT and holds a B.S. in Cognitive Neuroscience from UC Merced. He's spoken at conferences like Put Data First, where he's shared his expertise with VC funds, consulting firms, and leadership teams from across the Fortune 500.
