Who is the free assessment for?

Our core work is with leaders of regulated businesses, typically at $10M–$250M in annual revenue. We also review smaller firms from $3M and the equivalent scale of investment firms or funded programs. Size alone doesn’t determine fit. We look at the goal, the value of the problem, and who can lead the change.

Do I have to know what the bottleneck is?

No. Start with what you want to achieve and what feels stuck. We distinguish the symptoms from the likely constraint, and check the important gaps before recommending a route.

What if AI isn’t the answer?

We say so. The recommendation can be a process change, better use of an existing tool, a purchase, a custom build, or no new project.

What happens after the assessment?

You’ll have a clear next step. If you’d like help carrying it out, we can scope the work together.

What if we already have an AI team?
