Speak with the people involved and inspect work samples, systems, records and handoffs. Assess existing skills and capacity, then test the competing explanations for what’s limiting progress.
Allocate the resources.
Compare routes and agree on what to fund, stop or defer. Leave Blueprint with a value case, an executable playbook and a proof plan, whether delivery is internal or supported by us.
The first discussion checks fit. You can enter paid work directly. Blueprint takes the first 3 to 4 weeks of the complete 8-week engagement, or 12 weeks when substantial data foundations are needed. There’s an option to stop after Blueprint. Scope, acceptance and remedies are set in the agreement.
