An engagement brief for your team

Know what we're agreeing
to deliver.

One business goal, a measured starting point and a clear decision at each stage, with the people, access and acceptance measures agreed up front.

Scope and timing

Investigate the goal.
Implement the agreed solution.

The complete engagement runs for 8 weeks, or 12 weeks when substantial data foundations are needed. Blueprint takes the first 3 to 4 weeks within that total, with an option to stop afterward.

We examine the business goal, work and existing capability before recommending what to fund, stop or defer. That recommendation can include process changes, existing software, internal delivery or a custom build.

The proposal sets the scope, dependencies, fee and schedule. The agreement defines each stage's acceptance, stopping rights and remedies.

01 · Blueprint

A decision your team can act on.

Evidence, the priority constraint, options, internal capability, resource allocation, a value case and an executable plan.

02 · Prove and launch

An agreed solution that works.

Establish needed data foundations, prove the solution against the acceptance bar and launch it into the operating environment.

03 · Transfer

A team that can run it.

Documentation, training, named ownership and a demonstration of the operating capability agreed for handover.

Acceptance and value

Agree what success
will look like.

Record the baseline, measure, period, quality conditions and dependencies. Keep technical acceptance, production operation and capability transfer distinct.

Measure the actual benefit.

Separate released capacity, cash savings, incremental profit and valuation effects. Use an agreed method to avoid counting the same improvement twice.

Make decisions at milestones.

Use the evidence to accept the stage, resolve a gap or reconsider the next step. Scope changes need an explicit decision.

Leave a usable handover.

Name who maintains the work, how they do it and what support is included. The contract defines deliverable rights and licensed components.

Data and delivery requirements

Set the boundaries
before sharing the work.

The first form captures business context. Keep privileged documents, personal records, credentials and sensitive client data for an agreed secure channel.

Before access, agree the environment, permissions, handling requirements and supplier onboarding. We evaluate cloud, on-premises and hybrid options against the workload and your policies.

Your project agreement records the security controls, data-handling responsibilities and deliverable rights. Bring NDA, security review and procurement requirements to the first conversation.
